Deposit Protection We guarantee the security of our residents' funds. 100% of tenant deposits are registered and secured within The Deposit Protection Service (The DPS), a government-approved custodial scheme. Residents receive full Prescribed Information upon move-in, ensuring complete transparency regarding how their funds are protected and the exact conditions for their return.
Property Safety & Compliance Every property in our portfolio operates under strict compliance standards. Before any move-in, we ensure all statutory requirements are met, including up-to-date Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR), and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC).
Maintenance & Repair Reporting We operate a proactive maintenance infrastructure to keep our properties in peak condition. We ask that residents report any issues immediately so we can deploy our network of trusted contractors.
Emergency Issues: (e.g., severe leaks, complete loss of power) are prioritized for immediate response.
Standard Maintenance: Addressed within 3 working days.
